At Corvexani Desarrollos Colaborativos S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71892456-3, registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, 3rd floor, office 32, Puerto Madero, CABA) we process your personal data responsibly, in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its amendments and the current resolutions of the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).
1. Data we collect
We only receive data you choose to provide through the contact form: full name, email address and the message you write. We do not request sensitive information and do not require additional identification to browse the site.
2. Purpose of processing
We use the data solely to answer enquiries, send requested information about real estate projects listed on the platform and follow up on communications you initiate. We do not carry out automated decisions with legal effects and do not sell databases to third parties.
3. Retention
We keep enquiries for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless local legislation (tax, accounting or criminal) requires a longer period. After that, data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
4. Processors and transfers
We use email and hosting providers located in Argentina and the European Union. All of them offer adequate protection levels and sign processing agreements compliant with Article 25 of Law 25,326.
5. Access, rectification and deletion
You have the right to access, correct, update, object to processing and delete your data. You can also request portability and file complaints with the AAIP. Write to privacidad@corvexani.com and we will reply within 10 calendar days.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic system reviews. No method is bulletproof, but we work to minimise risks.
7. Minors
The site is aimed at people over 18 years of age. If we detect that data belongs to a minor without their legal representatives' consent, we will delete it.
8. Changes and contact
